I'm a fairly new admin. Basically I started out on version 2, but when I see the new things with version 3 I'm willing to give it a shot. I love the sleek look of it and the way things are organized. I guess I'm lucky that I haven't gotten used to version 2 too much. I'm putting my vote for version 3.
