1. First, create the [scroll][/scroll] BBcode.
BBcode usage:

[scroll]{TEXT}[/scroll]
HTML replacement:
Quote:
<marquee>{TEXT}</marquee>
2. Add the following line to your signature:
Quote:
<marquee>Your signature</marquee>
