Hi guys I have all my forums currently set to "Private" because about 50% of "Public users/ Guests" were spaming the forums. However the other 50% were not. So... I would like to know if I can allow GUESTS to post New Topics (pending approval from a Forum MOD or the site ADMIN)
In other words: If a non-registered member on my forum posts a new topic it will first have to be reviewed and approved by an MOD or ADMIN
I don't see any options for this type of setting in the Cpanel but I'm sure that it can be done as I've seen on other phpbb sites.
If this is possible please let me know. Thanks in advance.
