How to add a contact form to Blogspot?

I want to add a contact form to Blogspot, but I have no clue how to do it. I need a tutorial or something, to learn how to do it (I am complete newbie).

). I am using now 123 Contact Form - free html forms script,contact form generator,email form code,html contact form, I just made my form using their online wizard and paste the HTML form code on my website.
