Do computers in systems like in schools and libraries have each a different Ip addres

Each student or library member has an account with a password and user name that he can log into any of the multiple computers. Is the IP address according to each account, or each computer, or only one IP?

The ip address of each computer in libraries is private ip. They have a same global unique public ip address allocated to the modem or router.
