Maybe you could add a fifa 2012 sub forum in the forum you already have rather than starting a new one.

Like Ramook says you can't seem to keep the one you have already properly used.
Setting up lots of different forums as you have done in the past is most likely the reason no one joins or posts on your forum and setting another one up is likely to get nobody join.

You do need to check your spelling as its getting harder to understand you.
