Hi is the (.freeforum.ca) tapatalk ready? for smart phones?

If not how can i set it up. other forums are running on it . I want to run with the big kids.

Hi Kimgold2010,

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, as I checked the ACP and nothing had changed. I can see Bikecrazy.freeforum.ca on tapatalk, but I can't access mine.

There doesn't appear to be a toggle anywhere, so... am I just blind? I'm looking in the General->Extra settings where the mod list is.

Got a message saying that this Forum has been optimized for use with the Tapatalk Forum App, which I have. However, I can't find it in the Tapatalk directory at all.

Do I need to install something or do I need to change a setting in the ACP?

Oh, yes, because of Tapatalk don't support this feature.

The dimension of your  logo is 397px × 106px
That logo must be 90px × 90px. You must design it again :smiley-laughing:

You might added your forum to tapatalk  already, didn't you?

Yes tapatalk has already been added and we've been using it without issues for the past few months.  Until the new plug in was available..... we now strike a error message each time we try to read new posts vis tapatalk.

I'm not sure how I go about installing the new plugin?  Will that fix the error issues?

We  upgraded the plugin to latest version a couple of days ago.
The other forums using tapatalk work properly on our service.
You added your forum into another tapatalk account, didn't you?
However, it can't be wrong. Maybe, there is something's not right.

We just have a solution that we remove tapatalk out of your forum, then we'll add it again.
Or you must contact tapatalk to get more support.
I hope you understand the problem here.
Because you're using your own tapatalk account, we can not support it.

How about your opinion?

Yes, please do it.
It won't affect to anything, just a record  which allow tapatalk to recognize your forum. Re-submission to allow  their get new updates from the new plugin version.


If it doesn't work after your re-submission, please remove it again. We will try to add your forum using our account.

About 1500 members and most use tapatalk plus many people could find us easier.   :)

Installed ok, can find it from iPhone app, but can't log in, denied. From iPad forum don't show up in search. Is it some settings issue?

We have the latest version installed on all forums
but no admin acp for it yet so probably no on push notifications.
