When you tried to create the one's today have you remembered to add permissions ?
When a category is made and permissions added this still will not show until forums are added to that category.
Each category and forums will need permissions adding or inheriting from another.

I can't get all the sub forum to show ..categories to show:furious:

Ok it's a simple mistake you have made
You have made Site Support as category but no forums
Community Forum is also a category with no forums
categories will only show if you have a forum within it
If you go to ACP > FORUMS tab > click on the name Site support you will now see you can create a forum within that category
type in for example support click create new forum
On the next page it wants to read like this
forum type = forum
parent forum = site support
forum name = support
copy permissions from = site support
after clicking submit go to the index and the category and forum will be there.
