Hello, i have used this service before for a website and recently got it again to teach a few people the basics of a php website.

My website is taking about 2-3 minuts to load, right now im at 4 minuts logging into the admin panel and it's still loading.

Hey some people are having trouble getting there confirmation email. Some get them some dont...Is there a problem with this?

Also would it be possible for there requests to join to be sent to my email or my name on the forums or website so i could add them manually? If so could you add that for me. Thanks in advance.

Well i know how to change the website theme (though i dont know how to upload them yet) but when i go to my forum and get a new forum layout i cant change it. There is no option to change the default one. Is it possible to change the forum layout while keeping the same theme of the website?

Also my other question was can you update my site to have phbb3 if its not already installed. Thanks support.

Yea, everytime i go to the styles admin the forum layout will not change, it stays the same as the layout for my site. Any way of fixing this? And yea i know you guys love all my troubleshoot questions..at least by the time im done you wont have anymore? Hah, anyway thanks in advance.

Yes i posted this in the other support forum but when i  go to my administration panel and go to the forums mod i cannot see any options to change my forum. There is nothing to the left, a phpbb logo on the left top and big text on the right. Any suggestions?
