My site and support site slow and crashing, any one else having problems

Hi guy's, When i put external link's on my site why do they use the same tab to got to the link, is there a way for link's to open up in new taband not in the same one it is on.

Hi lads my forum keep crashing and i get this message 502 Bad Gateway and it is running slow as well , can you look to see what the problem is please.

On my board i see that Members can give thank's to each other but i can't see any button for them to hit to give the Thank's.
