My forum has been lost or shut down with thousands of posts , its happened before and admins here were able to restore it , can anyone help ?

I have the question.. I'm a 'Full Admin' so it should be possible to backup/restore database but when I go ACP > Maintenance > Backup or Restore I can only see information "You do not have permission to access this page" how can I fix that? ofc board is disabled.

[My forum http://godsofdestructi.noonhost.com/ has been suspended due to bots of some sort and I would very much like to get this back and up and running again, apparently its not that hard but I was sent here... can anyone lead me in the right direction as id like to get my forum back? I also have a hard time finding an admin to talk to, is there a member list of mods or admins...?]
