 Forum appears to work now, not over keen on the style now and logo still sat on left instead of central also no portal but we dare not change anything in fear of it all stopping again :50 :50

Is there any other way of getting help with our forum? Response time on here appears just as slow as our forum :lol: :lol: :lol:

Could someone please have a look a trying to fix our forum please.
The problem is now affecting every topic..... It dosn't matter which topic you open it only displays announcements

Forum now not open topics !!!!!!!!!! (If you say click on the General Topic it only opens the announcements...............)

Also how do I centralize the Logo?

Also just noticed that the date and time on the forum has stopped at:  It is currently Wed May 06, 2009 9:08 pm ?

If 'Brushed Metal 11 is not compatible why is it in your styles listings then??

Also while we're on the note of fixings things, the mp3 player on the forum stops every time you change page. Is this meant to happen, if so is there any way of changing it so that it will continuosly play and not keep stopping?

We wanted to use the style named 'Brushed Metal 11' but when we do you can't open topics. Basically if you click on 'any' topic it opens the 'announcements' topic only.

Hi Guys, just a quick question, Did you ever move the forums as we've never noticed a change and have now lost half our members who have started their own forum with another site, (much quicker to be honest :-( ) Now when ever we try to open a topic it always revert to one and only one topic....lol

Please, Please, Please..... Could we have an answer to the ongoing problem of slow forums :-(  We have people talking about our club but for the wrong reasons, it's now become a standing joke that if you don't fall asleep during page transitions you can at least go and make a coffee and return before loading has taken place........:: :: :: :: :: :: ::

I know we are not alone in these ongoing problems but as just said we always appear to get the same answer 'it's getting sorted', but to run successful forums we need to be able to comminicate with our members and give them answers too.
What's the point in having loads of themes and templates to choose from if we have to revert back to basics just to get access to our forums.
I'm not saying the forum is permenantly down, it's just like russian roulette, you never know what's going to happen next, will it run like lightening or will it just time out and go down again.....
So please can we have something concrete to pass on to our members before we are left with none at all:(

Our forum just seems to be getting slower and slower, even timing out before page loading.... I've pruned the Forum AND MEMBERS and even changed the theme to a basic one but it dosn't make any difference.
PLEASE can you let us know if this will be resolved, we've seem to be always struggling with performance since we transfered our forum to you over two years ago:evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

I know i can add extra fields to the profiles but i want to make original parts of the profiles mandatory eg. Location.
 If i just add Location as a custom field then it will appear twice in the profile :-(

I've activated some Custom profile fields and made them mandatory but I also want to make the Location field mandatory. Is this possible???

Been receiving complaints from people saying they can't access our forum, tried it myself and got the following message:-

Sorry, echoPHP phpBB MultiForums can not load domains or has no domains. Exiting....

Please contact to the support staff.

Could someone please take a look and let me know what's happened.
