either you havent made him a admin correctly or he is entering the wrong information! remind him to enter the details you created when making him an admin and also remind him they are case sensitive!

same here and it also happens in my own privately hosted site, not sure why it does that but just make sure u add there name back in and clear the password box before you hit submit and it should be fine
