Well, I'm a photo hobbyist. Both a trying hard photographer (a grasshopper at this stage) and a graphic artist.
They have a free account where you can upload about 20MB per month on their sever. It's both fun and challenging after you see the oldies showing off their magnificent works.
You can join communities as well as establish your own.
