porque no puedo ponerle musica a mi foro?

eh tratado de ponerlo pero no se instala porque??

necesito hacer algo , para ponerlo ..pues en mi otro foro si esta la musica


pero en el otro no se puede necesito otro codigo para mi otro foro pues si es asi hay les dejo el link
