smilie problem

i accidentally installed a smilie pack i just clicked the wrong button :oops: thats not the problem as a lot of the smilies are really funny the problem is that some of them interfear with text i.e when you write any word that has the letters ta at the start of it a smile with a banner saying thanks will appear instead of the letters ta.
 
now i have tried to edit the smilies but the settings stay the same is thier anyway to edit the smilies? i have ticked the box that says dont show on posts but they still appear.

if i re-import the smilie pak will i not get another mass of smilies to add to the mass that i have already?
