Seems I am having some of the same issues with Logging in.
 
I can login fine, but it will not let me access Admin CP, it says I am not a site Administrator (yet I am on the list for administrators) and cannot set up the site.

Can you provide us with more info(the url of your forum, your admin username)?

When I try to log in to my forum I get the following errors. My users are getting the same errors when trying to log in. I have not changed anything since the upgrade and everything has been working fine but this sometime in the past 24 hours this started.
 
My forum is http://prairietest.freeforum.ca/

HELLO
I TOO HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOG IN FOR A CPL WEEKS
I CAN USE A PROXY TO LOG IN BUT A SEVERE PAIN IN THE BUTT.
I HAVE TRIED CHANGING TO .noonhost.com  
BUT IT DOESNT SAVE I PUT IT IN SAYS SAVED BUT I GO BACK TO LOOK AND IT DIDNT CHANGE

I'm sorry, I tried a several time but still didn't find the problem yet. Are you posting on this forum using a proxy??

YES I AM  . ONE OR 2 OTHERS NEED TO LOG IN THROUGH PROXY AS WELL

Hi my boyfriend is having trouble getting into his forum. He had accessed it earlier but now it is giving him this message.

"Access Denied! Your address is blacklisted. More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

Can someone please help me fix this.

I luckily still have full access to the forum I just don't know how to fix it.
