Why is it?

Why is it that AOL is has such a difficult time supporting these forums
For instance I'm forever getting timed out while trying to access my admin panel when on AOL. And at least once a week one or more of my forums will time out while trying to access or post or even sending a PM
None of my members that use AOL  are able to recive any E-mails such as topic reply notifications or Mass e-mails from me to the membership.
This is VERY  agrivating and needs to be fixed
