How would you rate the support around here?

Well...take the poll to rate us on how good, fast and reliable this support forum is! (The whole forum...not just me XD)

The hard part is keeping the servers from slowing down.  I know that these are free sites however, I have used others that have not had this type of problem.  The reason why I am gonna stick around is that i like the themes that you have to offer.  

I know that there are bugs and I hope they get fixed soon.  

As far as response time I would give it a 80% - 90% rating.  I think there should be more detailed tutorials for ever aspect of the phpnuke forums that way members could read before they post questions.  They need to be explained step by step I know I am not the greatest with seting up my forums nut I can read and follow instructions to the "T" if explained that way.  This would allow support and moderators to tend to the more important items at hand.
