Who are you people, and who keeps screwing up my board?

I used to run a board on forumsdot, and it disappeared the other day.  I got a notice later than it was being upgraded.  I did not receive any advance notice, so my users were screwed, and I had no way to inform them of what had happened.  A couple days later, I received email saying my board existed at a new URL, a subdomain of my original URL.

My support forum is gone.  My account didn't exist at this forum.

As if that wasn't bad enough, now the new url that used to be the old subdomain url no longer links to my page either.  My forums are available, but my members can't reach the board directly unless I mail them all again.

Who are you people?  What happened to forumsdot?  Why am I getting such $#@! service?

When I was forumsdot, I was able to back up my database, but I since somebody moved us here, I can no longer back up my data.  We have continuing problems with the board: it will work for 2 days, then be down for 1.  Nobody gives me notice of any actions, and nobody has replied to this thread to address the issues since somebody moved us.

I'm also getting more creative spam since we moved.

Please turn on my database backup feature and reply to this message so I can figure out what's going on.
