Slow loading forum

Hi , i tried several times to get to my forum and its loading very slow and at times theres nothing there but a white page.

Ive deleted the temp files, cache,  cookies ran a disc defrag and virus scan and no change at all :-?

I can access this support forum no problem at all and cant my own. Any ideas ?

mine has too,

on several computers i am geting pms on yim talking about how everyone is geting a page saying connection too server has timed out, im geting the problem on freeforum along witH NOONhost as well, : [

Mine has slow loading too but after awhile it logs me out automatically.
