board OFFLINE now after phpbb3 upgrade

Well, that didn't last long  My ltc.freeforum.ca forum was successfully upgraded to phpbb3, spent a couple of happy days of life while I configured everything, and now I am getting "your forum is unavailable"--same message as during the upgrade.  I see one other person raised the same issue.  A word from those in charge would be nice......

I am unawair of why this has occered. I will try and get in contact with our admin staff baout this ASAP
