Slow site

Hi is there anything you can do to speed up my site as it runs redicously slow sometimes over 90 seconds to load a page.

It was new yesterday. At first the performance was decent. Later it got to be very very slow with 90 second delays for each page load. Once and a while it is suddenly decent again. At first I thought it was just slow for the peak US/Canadian hours last night but it stayed that way even at 4am PST.
 
Looks like from other posts there is something you can do to help? :-D

Thanks for trying but honestly I can't see any difference. About 3 hours ago I visited the site and for about 5mins it was lighting fast, then it fairly quickly slowed more and more and now its back to 90 second page loads. 5 others using it have all said the same thing to me so it's not just my computer/connection. And to be honest, your forum right here is almost as slow. Maybe I should just have different expectations?

I have been hearing a lot about a few freephpnuke sites running really slow, why is this? I really can't have a site that takes on average 2 minutes to load a page, especially when you have to browse through pages of forums and downloads. If you could speed this up a  lil' bit i'd appreciate it. I'm losing visitors due to this

yeah mine is very slow also. Not only that but when i created the forum it had taken me 3 days.

Also does anyone know how to remove google ads from the forum?
