Possible fix?

Hello, i have used this service before for a website and recently got it again to teach a few people the basics of a php website.

My website is taking about 2-3 minuts to load, right now im at 4 minuts logging into the admin panel and it's still loading.

A possible speed up would be nice. Thank's alot in advance.
