K i want to create what it describes on this page, onto my site, how would i do this?

Dynamic Drive DHTML Scripts- Floating images II (up down)

I tried posting the html in a block but it just simply came out in words.

ok but how do you add it anyway? i might as well add it to another site i have on another hoster.
