'User information' Portal box

Hi,

I checked the tutorial and a search, but did not find any answer to my problem.

When anyone goes to my website ( Serenity • Portal ), and probably any other forum you host, the 'User Information' box displays a text when you are not logged in.
That text displays 'We are a free and open community, all are welcome'.
Now, I want to change this text, because it is not correct in my case, as displayed in the 'Welcome to the guild website' in the main box.

I located the block in the Stargate Portal options, but there does not seem to be an option there to modify that text, only the title.

Any suggestion or answer ?
