have a question with downloads

ok my question is me and 1 other member paints car skins for the league my question is how can i get thos files to the website from my computer so ppl can download the files most servers have a place so you can upload files to the server then add thos files for download in the main downloads i put in a download link but it dont work now i cant get it out it is empty when you click on it home page is BadCatzRacing thank you

Sorry, but we do not offer files hosting service. You can upload your file to Free file hosting and online storage, then get the link to your file and paste into the "file link" textfield in the "Add a new download" section.
