Upload posts from previous phpNuke site

I'm running a phpnuke site locally on my computer for my friends and I'm wondering if I'd be able to upload those posts (either through a backup/restore or something else) to my site on freephpnuke.org?

HI, im sorry for the long response. I downloaded your backup file, but i don't see any data in it. How did you get that file?

Went into my forums section (Under admin control panel) and backed them up with the option there...  You want the whole backup from the entire site?

There is an option to backup/restore site's data in the Administrator Menu, you can download the backup in there.
