logs out when creating forums

ok, for some reason when I am logged into admin and try and create a new forum I am immediately logged out. seeing that I just signed up for the forum and am already having problems you can understand that this is somewhat frustrating and I request that you fix it . :-?

well the forums finally appeared, but again , this issue is not resolved as I still get :  Access to the Administration Control Panel is not allowed as you do not have administrative permissions
whenever trying to create forums. am still getting logged out . This problem is not limited to just forum creation. There is simply a lot of things Not working here like it should.

I'm going to try a solution in another post , if it does not work then I'll have to ask for you guys to fix it or delete it.

I see you set your rule is "No role assigned..".
Select PERMISSIONS tab, choose Administrators. Then, you select one user name and click "Edit permissions".
Please set Role is "Full Admin".

Try it again.

I had already set those permissions to full adin before posting and have double checked them again as you requested . Permissions appear to be showing fine but I do have an idea that I'm going to try and will get back with you on it.

failed, there is definately a problem when trying to create access/edit forums and it appears to have nothing to do with the way the permissions are set

Same problem here.
I Cannot create or edit any forum cause it logged me out just after creating/editing one...
 
Must be a system problem.

We have just changed some server configurations, you guys please following the instructions bellow:[LIST=1]

• Delete all board cookies: Click on the link Delete all board cookies under forum list of index page. It's right of The team link.
  [ATTACH]308[/ATTACH]
  
  If you don't see it, access it directly via
  Code Select Expand
  http://yourforum.domain.com/ucp.php?mode=delete_cookies
• Close your browser.
• Then re-login and try again.

If the problem persists, please send us your admin login via PM. For secure reason, change your password before providing to us then you can change it back to your password.

Sorry, but when I click the button to delete the coockies, it just loggs me out of the board... I returned to the board and to ACP, tried to edit a forum and the same happens again.
 
What now? should I send you my admin login? Or is there another chance that we can try?

Hello,

Do you use IE browser? What version is your IE?
Please check allow/block sites set cookies!
Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Sites.
If your forum's address isn't blocked, please check with firefox browser.

Check your IE browser whether it have add-on/toolbar security or not.
Maybe, there are some antivirus/antispyware.

If the problem persists, try to reset cookies and login again.

I try to use IE (version and block my forum in Privacy Sites.
Then, it doesn't log out. I don't know why.

But there isn't problem from our service.
Please reset cookies, check your browser.

I´ve reseted cookies a thousand times... hopeless!!
I´ve used IE version 7, but I´ve windows update off... So, maybe my IE 7 wasn´t updated for this issue.
 
I use also firefox, and I´ve got no problem with it... From now on, I´ll use firefox only.
