when I go to the forums it breaks the template to where the lines dont match on the sides is there any thing I can do to fix this

Okay, I got it.

When you change the width of browse, the width of head slide and bottom slide will be resized.
Just because the width of these slide is 100%.
I'll try to change this style. I hope it will be fine.

I've changed a little in CT_RN_BLACK style.
Actually this style use header and footer of "Evolution" style.
So, I customized it as your required.
