Do you want to talk about "Forums" or "Approve Membership" module?
In Forums Administrator, there seems to be no way to delete multiple memberships at one time. :cry:

You can use commas "," to delete multiple membership.
Be careful with that new feature because it allows delete multiple users :lol:
