go to ACP > General > Logo management
 From here you can upload one from your pc, or use the default one.

900x 120 is a good size,Also I use png or gif format rather than jpeg

I am sure there is no way to upload your own image sets..

 don't support FTP. If you need to upload your imageset im sure tanduy2506 will help you....
