Helo folks. I am glad to have found this forum To help me set up my own forum. First I have to confess that I am no computer expert so having support is going to make this less intimidateing.
Now to my understanding what makes this a free forum is that one is not allowed to sell advertising spaces or profit directly off the forum itself. This leads me to a concern. Part of the reason for my forum is to network neo tribal artists, metalworkning and jewelry and such. One of the needs of this type of a forum is a classifieds for sale and wanted goods and sometimes to disperse of a made product.
Is this against rules or frowned upon in any way????

Our forum's are free because of the advertising we have on our sites etc.
You can sell Item's off our site's but it would be Bloody awsome if you got a paid server from use which would be great but your don't have too.

Please pardon my ignorance, What is meant by a paid server??
Another thing that comes to mind is another forum I am on has a policy that items sold through their classified adds are expected to tip the host of the forum. In this case that would be free forums. If a policy like this were added to teh conditions of the forum classifieds How would one send you folks the tip???

A paid server is a site you pay for eg like $5.00 a month eg..

And i don't think we would do this But Our admin may have a Paypal OR something but i don't think we would use this method.

But you doon't really have to give us money that's why there free because we use our own ad's to make money. But if you want to ask our Staf for Final decision you can.
