I am IT illiterate and I need your help in setting up my forum.

I would like to setup my forum like this forum i.e. with Forums (how do you call this - Category, Parent or Link?) and Sub-forums.

Is there a tutorial on to setup my community and portal?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
