How to edit skin?

To modify HTML part of the Skin set, go to Administration Panel -> Skins & Templates -> Click on "HTML Templates" ->Click on "Manage HTML" link -> select a section to edit. At this step, you can select 1 or more template to edit. But please carefully, you can mess your site up if you don't know about HTML tags and IPB templates.
