IPB UPgrade.
sir, as we've seen that we've upgraded phpBB here on freeforum,
can IPB be upgraded too to 2.3 or so. Here's the referance where they say its possible. so Can we upgrade IPB ??

I'm sorry but we don't plan to upgrade it because IPB is not free.
