Gah! Accidentally deleted board script while inserting a shoutbox!

Now the entire board is GONE, except for the footer. With my access to the admin panel gone, how do I get it back?

Re-download the script and get the file(s) you deleted and ftp it to your root directory and move the files you just ftp'd to where you deleted them from.
