Uploading neos cronos?

Is there anyway possible to upload neos cronos to the blocks database? If you need the uploading file i can give you it.Its public and such.I jus want to know if this is possible cuz i wanna run a Delta Force Black Hawk down server and cant afford the website :/

What do you mean by create this block? And like umm i can give you all the files to install it on your database,I am sure loads of people will use it including me.But um neos cronos what it is is it records your gameplay stats like say a guy got 21 kills and 10 deaths on one map and the next the guy has 12kills and 3 deaths it will show you 43 kill and 13 deaths total with awards and stuff like that but do you need pics or stuff? like i said i can hand you the file to install it,Im not too good on installing stuff onto websites just yet,I am still learning as we speak about php etc.
