trouble sending private messages

When I try to send a private message and click 'submit' it tells me: No recipient defined. I have chosen a recipient each time but when I try to send it, it doesn't work. Help please.

After enter username of recipient, you must the button "Add" to add that username to recipients list.

Hope this helps.

Yes I know that. Here's what happens. First I go to pm someone by clicking on the PM button from one of their posts. When I'm taken to the PM page I already see there name listed at the top (no need to add) so I write my message and click submit. That's when I get the 'No recipient defined' message and the recipients name is no longer at the top. I go and type the recipients name again and click 'add'. Their name is added again but when I click submit the same thing happens. The name disappears and the error is there.

No recipient defined.

I've take a look into your forum, I've tried to send a PM and it's working fine.
