Block Titles Going Blank

I don't know if this is a bug, but it's starting to annoy me.

On my portal page, I have two blocks (and only ever those two blocks) where the title/name is supposed to be in white but change to the border colour and blend in. Now it's no big deal if you can't see the title say "The Team" or "Top Posters" but the fact that it's only those two blocks is making me wonder. If I highlite them and click away, they go back to white, but then if I scroll the page, they go back to blending in with the colour behind them.

Look fine to me, all the titles are white. Try clearing your cookies.

It might be, I checked your board on IE and Mozilla Firefox. It looks good in both browser from here.

Ok, I just wanted to add something quick here because I found it to be rather odd.

Those two blocks that I said have blank titles are now fixed. How did I fix it? Not sure. All I did was put the clock module back on the portal page. Come to think of it, they started fritzing in the first place after I took it off.

Whatever. I don't pretend to understand why things do what they do when computers are involved.
