How to set the board index as front page?

Hi guys, looking for a bit of help, at the moment when a new user registers and logs in, the forum directs them to the navigator, in order to go to the board index new users have to clikc the forum link, this is confusing some of my new registers who think the board hasn't been written..

help?

in the acp go to last tab and disable the portal

If that doesn't work (since it doesn't in my ACP). From the 'General' tab go to MODs Configurations and disable the Portal there.
