forum has crashed and should be repaired. HELP Please

Hi,
I seem to have a serious problem, my forum was working fine this morning, except very slow, they nothing at all. Now I get the following error

"
Table './phpbb3forums_0004/crimsonknights_forummate_com_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired [145] "

Any and all help would be welcome.
