image resizing and theme request

ok so first of, is it possible for people to insert any image whatever size and then for the forumto autimatically resize it to fit on the screen? ie if the original pic was say 3000x2500 could it resize to 800x750 keeping the ratio? if so what code would be needed.... also is it possible to get this theme
Free Modern Warfare 2 Clan PHP Nuke Theme » Free Web Templates and Themes

to be available for my forum Free Forum Hosting

The forum wont be abile to resize the picture for you just do that one yourself i would think. But if Admin says didn't my bad.

Um and that theme is a phpnuke not a phpbb3 theme bro so i dont think it'll work if support uploads it to your site.

As Mat said, that theme is a phpnuke theme and you won't able to use it.

You don't have permission to access /adm/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

also regarding the image resizing is it possible for something like supports post here?

Just upload your images somewhere such as imageshack.us, photobucket.com then copy the embed thumbnail image code and paste to your forum post.
