uploading styles and other stuff

How and where do I go to be uploading styles and other stuff to my board.. I do not see an option anywhere or a place to send them??? A, I missing something??

I have a theme, style, image set, emotions I want to bring to my forum..
If there is a way let me know please.. I am lost?? I just can't figure it out..

Lastly is there a code or add on to have a featured video section???

Yes, feature export is disabled because some uses dont' want their own things can be downloaded by anyone.

Your I have uploaded them. Just go to AdminCP and install the 'ufo' smilies package.

1- Thanks for that.. Here is another set of smilies to go on my page.. I would be grateful if you upload them like the last bunch.. This should complete my smilies collection..

2- Also how do I change an image set??? I like 90% of the ones I have now.. But the brown color is way dark.. I would like to change them into some readable colors.. The rest are perfect for what I need. Notice the dark brown below..
