I need a Little help

I did a little searching on Adding a new Logo to our forum, Someone stated on a post that the Requirements for a new Logo are has follows...

Allowed File Types:
Maximum Logo Size: KB

So not seeing a Requirement I created my own Logo has a .JPEG its about 200 some odd KB I tried uploading it straight from my computer, its apprently larger then the size thats not given...

Then I uploaded it Via Url and it said it worked but when I checked it, and had a few other take a glance, it wasnt there it was just a empty space.

So i just want to know IS there a size limit on it?

Yeah, thats the post I found when I used the search.

It didnt really help me...
