Paid Option? Migration?

I've read through a number of forum posts and understand that it is not possible to backup the forum in order to move it to another host as the backup in encrypted.

I have also read awhile ago that there were plans for a paid option that might allow a full unencrypted backup. Has any progress been made in making this option available?

Unfortunately we are in a position where we need to move and really hope there is a way we don't have to start from scratch. If there is not a full backup, does anyone now of any other options to migrate the content if not the users/permissions and settings?
