Question about Skin

Hey all I really like X-Treme Red but I don't like how the first forum is in the header and its the link to the first forum. Is there anyway to change it?

IE. No forums at all, so create one. Whatever you create is the name in the whole "forum box" and is a link to the first forum on the page. If you need better example I can show u on my forums, I have stopped work till I decide what skin to use.

I guess his forums are http://skipland.freeforum.ca and http://starkindustriesf8.freeforum.ca

I think i understand your problem cmenchion

Go to ACP > Forums > put the name of the forum in the box > click create forum

forum type > click category
parent forum > no forum
confirm your password (if required)
press submit > now set the permissions for each user group >
click on forums tab again > go through the same process but in parent forum leave the name of the category if it is a sub forum to it

when you make another category / forum the first one needs to have no parent

on the forum support page here
General, PHPBB - Free Forum Hosting, Invision Power Board, PHPNuke Forums,Discussions....would not have a parent forum, however the other sub forums do have a parent.
