When you got the message was your inbox full ?

I have had this before and after deleting older messages it appears that the message does not exist......look for some text that says release on hold messages > click this and it should show a new message that is waiting for you.

Hope this helps ramook
if not i am sure tanduy will investigate

Edit
just noticed on your screen shot you do have a message on hold .....look at text above the subject for this message

Oh,
I guess you had a lot of messages and you've checked them.
Just click "Release all on-hold messages" (ucp.php?i=pm&mode=view&folder=-1&release=1)
These messages will be moved to "Inbox" and you can read them.
