Mass Emails Is It Possible?!?!

So I made a forum for my work, what my boss wants is for us to be able to post ideas and news and stuff. He wants it so any time anyone posts anything you get an email about it (his idea not mine!!). Anyways, is there a setting that can do this?

Thanks! That does help, but is there anyway that all the members can get emails whenever something new is posted? Even if they havnt subscribed to the thread?
