It doesn't work because that link is the download link, not the real store location.
I'm not sure we should change it or not.

I took the location of the file and wrapped it with the flash file tag

Your not on your own.

Some forums seem to have the arcade displaying and working and others don't but in the APC the Arcade Tab has gone.......no sign of it anywhere.

I paid a second time 10,000 impressions but can not service activities because it does not work was paid twice Now the first has expired and two that can not activate

The first payment was 04-Nov-2011. It has been expired.

and two were paid when I paid Domain Parking
and can not be activated

The cost you paid for Domain Parking (Free Forum Hosting) is not involved in the Ad Removal.
